3. Account Registration

• Users may be required to create an account with valid personal details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.

4. No Lawyer-Client Relationship by Default

• Using VakeelHub.in does not automatically create a lawyer-client relationship.
• Any such relationship is established only when both lawyer and client agree independently, outside our platform's responsibility.

5. Responsibilities of Lawyers

• Lawyers must ensure that all details provided (qualifications, licenses, experience) are accurate and up to date.
• Lawyers must comply with the Bar Council of India rules and applicable laws while interacting with clients.
• Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

7. VakeelHub’s Rights

• We reserve the absolute right to block, suspend, or delete any user or lawyer account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or suspected misuse.
• Being a lawyer or a registered user does not create any entitlement or right to be listed on VakeelHub.in. We may refuse or remove any listing at our discretion.
• We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of our services without liability.

8. Fees & Payments

• Registration is Free on VakeelHub.
• Fees for premium services, promotions, or featured listings will be charged.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• VakeelHub.in is an intermediary platform and does not endorse or guarantee the competence of any lawyer.
• We are not responsible for any advice, service, or outcome provided by lawyers.
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
